Tuition

2013-14 school year:

$6,250 for grade 6
$8,275 for grades 7 & 8
$8,900 for grades 9-12

Each student is also charged a $150 Activity Fee.  There are additional fees charged for specific grade levels & testing, and a graduation fee of $225 for Seniors.

A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required upon acceptance at OLM.


Multiple payment plans are available through FACTS Tuition Management:

Full Payment - Due July 15
Semester Payments - Half due by July 15 and half due by December 15
Monthly Payment Plan - Equal amounts billed July to April

Tuition Assistance

Tuition assistance is available based on the individual family's calculated financial need.  In 2012-2013 over $1,000,000 was awarded in tuition assistance to eligible families.

Our Lady of Mercy School for Young Women works with FACTS Tuition Management to evaluate financial need.  All accepted and registered students may complete a confidential online application for financial aid.  FACTS will forward their recommendations to the Director of Finance, Peggy Kenrick.  The deadline for financial aid applications is March 15, 2013.  You are requred to apply for financial aid every year that you are in attendance at OLM.  Late applications will be considered, however, there is no guarantee that funds will be available.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Peggy Kenrick at 288-7120, ext. 307, or via email at This email address is being protected from spambots. Academic Scholarship Program

A limited number of partial scholarships are offered through the Mercy Academic Scholarship Program for students with exceptional academic ability as they enter 9th grade.  New students will be invited to take the scholarship exam if they meet the necessary requirements.
